All names generated by the Service (“Generated Names”) are provided for your personal and commercial use. You own the Generated Names you receive, subject to these Terms. However, ImproveBench does not guarantee the uniqueness, availability, or registrability of any Generated Name. You must independently verify trademarks, domain availability, and any other legal clearances before using a Generated Name in commerce.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of Generated Names does not infringe third-party rights. ImproveBench disclaims all liability for any claims arising from your use of Generated Names.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, databases, and all underlying technology, is owned by ImproveBench or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for lawful purposes only.
You retain ownership of your input data provided to the Service. By submitting inputs, you grant ImproveBench a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, process, and improve the Service with such data, in aggregated and anonymized form where applicable.
Generated Names may incorporate elements from public datasets or AI training data. Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the AI models or proprietary technology.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms. Prohibited activities include:
- Generating names for illegal activities, scams, or phishing schemes.
- Automated scraping, data mining, or excessive API calls without permission.
- Uploading harmful code, malware, or content that disrupts the Service.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit User Content and grant ImproveBench the rights described herein.
Premium Services and Payments
Premium features require payment via third-party processors. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You authorize recurring charges for subscriptions until canceled.

Third-Party Services

Disclaimers

ImproveBench does not endorse any Generated Name and makes no representations regarding trademark status or market viability. AI outputs can be unpredictable; always conduct due diligence.
We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, or external factors may cause downtime.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ImproveBench, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory.
Indemnification

Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but Sections concerning IP rights, disclaimers, liability, and indemnification survive.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
You waive any right to class actions or jury trials. Prevailing party recovers reasonable attorneys’ fees.
Changes to These Terms
ImproveBench may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you via email or on the Service for material changes.
